Shipping will depend on the method of shipping chosen at checkout. Typical standard shipping times are 3-5 business days (holiday seasons may add an additional 2-3 days - the elves keep drinking in the back room). Bulk and international orders take a wee (or a lot) more time depending on the where and the what. If you need anything by a specific date or else your event, birthday, life, will be ruined, please reach out and we will provide a more specific time frame based on your specific situation.

Hold the phone. First, answer this, was it our fault? No? Then walk away, do not engage with us, it will not be any fun for anyone. Is the answer yes? Then proceed. We have a 30 day return window from date of delivery. You can return your order in that window and receive a full refund once we receive and inspect the order. Please note - returns made that are not the result of damage or inaccuracy of order, are not subject to a shipping refund and no paid return shipping label will be given. Seriously, we are a small business, we have small money. Please don’t take advantage - if we made a mistake with your order - we will own it (within the thirty day window) and make things right as much as we can. But be reasonable, and don’t be a butt. We may change our mind.

Okay, first, I’m going to squeal and say, woohoo! We sold out! I’m so glad everyone likes it! Second, we are going to do our best to get it back in stock as quickly as possible because, why? Everyone really likes it! With that said, it really depends on the product! Some are quicker to get our hands on than others. Yes, yes we can. But it depends on what it is. Currently we offer engraving on our travel mugs and are open to any and all new sticker ideas! While we can’t do one-offs for stickers, if you are looking to order over 10 units, we’d be happy to help!

We love our bulk crowd! If you want to see someone dance, we do it every time a bulk order comes through - if it’s big enough, we’ll even video the ten second dance party. We offer quantity based discounts on all of our products, are able to customize some (see above), and allow you to use a shipping account through either UPS or FedEx if you’d like!
